I'm so excited and motivated by my progress. Continue to eat clean and train me and you too will see results! It's nothing to it but to do it!!!!
I woke this morning and decided to set another goal to smash this year!!! That goal is to drop from 216lbs (current weight) to 190 by January 1! I trust and believe that with proper eating, training and my custom detoxes, it can be done! NOW, I challenge you to set a #fitness GOAL to achieve by the new year and SMASH it!!!
