Day 2 OMG! Ok so I just knew this was going to be easy and for the most part it is... Only thing is I'm still having to cook food for my daughter and lawd it smells so good... From Kale, to baked potatoes, to Mac and cheese, roasted kale corn and etc. Ahhhh the joys of motherhood lol!! Well I made it through day one and day two, but today I was experiencing detox symptoms that were painful. I was suffering from a headache and dizziness. I really didn't want to break my detox so I relaxed from working out 2 hrs and minimized it to 45 mins as well as snacked on two pieces of pineapple. I feel so much better now! Day three bring it on. I'm ready for whatever challenges day three brings on!!!
