1 Cup Water (If you are drinking this straight away substitute half a cup of water for ice. Add the ice at the end)
4 Cups pineapple (3/4 of a medium pineapple)
2 fresh or frozen bananas
10 mint leaves
2 TablespoonsLinseeds/flaxseeds

1 Cup Spinach, tightly packed or 2 cups loosely packed (or any other mild greens)
1 Cup of oats
Butternut Squash Smoothie
Ingredients:
Half a Cup Coconut Milk
1 and a half Cups Non Dairy Milk (oat, rice, soya, almond, hemp, coconut drink or raw nut or seed milk)
1 Cup Spinach, tightly packed or 2 cups loosely packed.
½ Cup Raisins (or any other dried fruit which can also be pre-soaked for a smoother blend)
2 Cups Butternut Squash
6 Bananas
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
