Made It To The Middle Day 5(Feels Good)

Well what can I say??? I made it to Day 5 of the #GetFitWit_Day challenge and I must admit it was a challenge, however I made it. Now, I'm not going to say I made it without any food cravings because I would simply be lying. I'm here to report my honest journey through my own challenge and so far so good it's been great. On day Three I ate a spinach salad at the end of the day. Throughout the day I was doing great but towards the end of the day I broke down and consumed a spinach salad with some bake chicken on top. My reasonings for eating that was simply because my body needs protein and I'm tired of the shakes at this point due to the fact I'm Juicing, drinking 64 fl oz of water and proteins urghhhh... Other then that I made it through to day 5 with only one solid meal and I must say I feel wonderful. My food cravings are not as big as I thought they would be because the juices and smoothies are filled with oats. Oats have a way of keeping you full and trust me, it works. I am still working out during this detox but I'm only doing 45 compared to my normal 2hrs of working out 4-5 days a week. During this challenge I'm working out 45mins at least 6-7 days a week and I'm thinking of extending this and the detox to August 19(my bday)... Then I will go back to my normal 1.5-2hrs 4-5 days a week pollo pescatarian lifestyle(semi vegetarian it's a word, look it up lol)... For the most part I'm feeling ok despite being fatigue also, but that is due to my own abnormal sleep schedule, being a full time mommy, self employed, amongst other things as well.
